'After Light' by Flyt

In November 2017, we were thrilled by the new EP release from Flyt - the North London husband and wife duo wowed with 'Embers', which served as their first release in nine years, since their debut album 'Soul Mentality' was released in 2008.

The new EP came with something of the promise of more music to follow in 2018 and no one could ever accuse Flyt of not living up to their word...  February of this year saw the release of 'Changing Skies', a four-track release spearheaded by the lush 'Call My Name', and in May, we now have 'After Light'.

Released through Space Between Records, 'After Light', as with the releases prior, continue to establish the band's unique chillout, nu-soul and R&B aesthetic with highlights including 'Like Water' and the jazzy, groove-riddled 'Anything, Everything'.  Mary Mycroft's ethereal voice continues to sound tailor-made for Josh's sublime production making their ever-expanding discography an ongoing pleasure.
