MONDAY (3rd April)

Get To Know... (Mondays 6-7pm; show repeated Wednesdays 7-8am)
The show that spends an hour focusing on the music from some of our favourite producers and musicians, this week shines a light on... DJ Spinna.  Songs featuring remixes and original compositions for artists including Ronny Jordan, Michael Jackson, Robert Glasper, Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, amongst others.

Monday Mix (Mondays 7-8pm; show repeated Wednesdays 8-9am)
A 60-minute contemporary funk mix featuring music from The Relatives, Kings Go Forth, Twisted Tongue, Pitch & Scratch, Breakestra and Myles Sanko.

TUESDAY (4th April)

Nu-Skool Soul (Tuesdays 6-8pm; show repeated Fridays 7-9am)
Playing the absolute best in contemporary soul, R&B and neo-soul. This week's show features Jill Scott as our artist of the week along with music from Chris Dave, Maxwell, Aloe Blacc, Quadron and Mayer Hawthorne amongst others.  Our Themetime2from1 has 'drugs' as the theme for this week.

WEDNESDAY (5th April)

20th Century Soul (Wednesdays 6-8pm; show repeated Tuesdays 7-9am)
A two-hour playlist of classic and connoisseur soul this week featuring music from Bobby Womack, Lyn Collins, Black Ivory, Dizzy Gillespie, Heatwave, Tom Brock, Nancy Wilson and much more.

THURSDAY (6th April)

The Blue-in-Green Sessions (Thursdays 6-8pm; show repeated Mondays 7-9am)
Soul, jazz and funk music featuring The Suffers, The Nth Power, Snarky Puppy, Christian Scott and Josef Leimberg.  'Special Night' by Lee Fields & The Expressions is our album of the week, and Breakestra is our '2from1' artist.

SATURDAY (8th April)

Liberation's Frequency / Frequency Liberated (Saturdays 10-12pm)
Two back-to-back playlists: Liberation's Frequency is the big bucket of alternative and left-of-centre selections that you won't find played anywhere else on the station. Tune in and indulge your alternative side. Frequency Liberated however focuses more on some soulful house numbers along with chillout and nu-soul selections.
